This Agreement takes effect on the date on which you gain access to the Hyperlaunch boilerplate.
The Hyperlaunch boilerplate grants you access to the codebase. This boilerplate is designed for independent creators, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. Where applicable, access is provided through a one-time payment with no recurring fees or subscriptions. The licensor retains the right to terminate the license without conditions or prerequisites.
Due to the digital nature of the Hyperlaunch boilerplate, all transactions are final and non-refundable upon access being granted.
It is not warranted that the Hyperlaunch boilerplate will meet your requirements or that it will be error free. All express and implied warranties or conditions not stated in this Agreement (including without limitation, loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, business interruption or loss of contracts), so far as such exclusion or disclaimer is permitted under the applicable law are excluded and expressly disclaimed. This Agreement does not affect your statutory rights.
While Hyperlaunch has been carefully designed and developed with security and best practices in mind, we provide no warranties regarding its operation or suitability for your specific needs. You acknowledge that use of this boilerplate is at your own discretion and risk, and Hyperlaunch shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from its use.
The Hyperlaunch boilerplate is provided as-is for your development needs. You acknowledge that you possess the necessary technical knowledge to evaluate and implement this boilerplate. You are solely responsible for how you implement, modify, and deploy the boilerplate, including all aspects of its operation and maintenance.
As we continue to improve the Hyperlaunch boilerplate, the price may increase. The discount is provided to help customers secure the current price without being surprised by future increases.
The Hyperlaunch boilerplate is provided as-is, and you assume all responsibility for its implementation and use. Hyperlaunch will not be liable for any issues or losses that may arise from using this boilerplate, including but not limited to: technical issues, data loss, unauthorized access, server problems, business losses, or any other direct or indirect damages. You acknowledge that you're responsible for all aspects of implementing and maintaining any projects built with this boilerplate. Your use of this boilerplate indicates acceptance of these risks and responsibilities.
